2. Information we collect

• Order information: name, billing and shipping address, e-mail, phone number, order details, and payment information (processed by the payment provider you choose at checkout — we never receive your full card number). Our store runs on Shopify, which processes this information as our service provider.
• Device information: IP address, browser and device data, and pages viewed, collected via cookies and similar technologies when you browse the site.
• Communications: when you use our contact or order-return forms, the details you enter (name, e-mail, order number, message, any images). Enquiries are handled in our customer-service platform Crisp (EU-hosted); conversations may be auto-categorized with the help of an AI service (Anthropic) as an organizational aid — your messages are not used to train AI models.
• Marketing preferences: if you opt in, your name and e-mail are added to our marketing platform (ActiveCampaign) — you can unsubscribe at any time.

3. How we use it

To fulfill orders (including sharing delivery details with shipping carriers), provide customer service, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and — with your consent — send marketing communications. With your consent captured via our cookie banner, we use analytics and advertising services (e.g. Google, Meta) to understand site usage and measure advertising.

4. Sharing

We share personal information with service providers that operate our store and services (Shopify, payment providers, shipping carriers, Crisp, Mailgun, ActiveCampaign), with our distributor network where needed to handle your service request locally, and where required by law. Some advertising services may constitute "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under US state privacy laws — you can opt out at any time via the Do not sell or share my personal information page. We also honor Global Privacy Control signals where required.

5. Your privacy rights

Depending on your state of residence (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Virginia and others), you may have the right to know/access, correct, and delete the personal information we hold about you, to opt out of targeted advertising and "sales"/"sharing", and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise any right, e-mail office@golftech.at or use the opt-out page linked above. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframe required by your state's law. You may also designate an authorized agent to act on your behalf.

6. Retention

Order records are kept as required by tax and commercial law. Customer-service enquiries are kept no longer than needed to handle them; you can request deletion of your information at any time.

7. Children

Our store is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
